About us

Inclusive Casting is the UK’s first casting company dedicated to discovering and championing truly diverse talent for television.

We specialise in casting real people from underrepresented communities across the UK, including people from ethnically diverse backgrounds, the LGBTQIA+ community, disabled contributors (both visible and non-visible), and individuals from a wide range of regions, accents, and socioeconomic backgrounds. From big cities to small towns, we believe that powerful stories and brilliant personalities can come from anywhere and everyone deserves a chance to shine.

Our mission is to break down industry barriers. We need to create genuine opportunities for people whose voices are rarely heard on TV.

We work with production companies to bring fresh perspectives, authentic representation, and dynamic contributors to factual, reality, and entertainment programming, making sure the cast truly reflects the UK as it is today.

Whether you're casting a reality show, an inspiring docuseries, or a light-hearted format or anything in between - Inclusive Casting delivers talent that feels real, relevant, and refreshingly different.
