Founded by Sukhi Bansal, an award-winning Casting Executive with over 20 years’ experience producing and directing some of the nation’s biggest shows - Inclusive Casting is changing how talent is discovered and represented across media.

Our mission is simple: to open doors. We give people from all walks of life fair and equal opportunities to be seen and heard, including ethnically diverse communities, different regions of the UK, the LGBTQIA+ community, people living with disabilities, and anyone who wants their voice to be represented. At the same time, we support production companies, commissioners, and executives in building content that is truly inclusive and connects with audiences everywhere.
